ACCOUNT SET UP |
|
We will send you instructions for installation of your software. We will then contact you to organise a time to undertake a free Set-Up of your frontdesk system. Your frontdesk system will be made Active for online bookings within 72 hours of the agreed Set-Up date. |

ACTIVATING YOUR WEBSITE |
|
Once your account is set up and made Active, a ‘Book Now Button’ will be added to your website to enable your customers to make online bookings using the V3Travel System functionality. Please provide your File Transfer Protocol and your Web Developer’s details hereunder so that we can implement this on your behalf. If you are unsure of these details, please contact your web developer. |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION |
|
1. In order to use the frontdesk products you must read and accept the End User Licence and Product Provider Agreement as part of the installation process. If you would like to view these agreements prior to installation,click on the links at the bottom of this page. |
2. In addition, in order to activate V-Pay, you must:
• Complete and execute a V-Pay - Direct Debit Request and Payment Approval, and read and accept the Merchant Agreement: Merchant Software Sub-Licence, Camtech E-Commerce Merchant Server Software agreement in order to activate the Camtech Gateway.
• Complete and execute a V-Pay - Direct Debit Request and Payment Approval, and read and accept the Direct Debit Service Agreement in order to authorise direct debit of all payments owing (if any) of the Monthly Licence Fee^ marked above, plus the following payments, which only apply to online bookings and are described in more detail in your Product Provider Agreement:
o Combined Booking Fee of
6% on the total Online
Booking value at the time of Online Booking.
o Distribution Fee at the Distributor Rate as agreed by you
when you opt into a Distributor
o Transaction Fee of 80 cents per Online Booking
o Repayment by you of any overpayments caused by errors or omissions in calculations or tax invoices |

3. ^The Monthly Licence Fee will be charged based on your business’s actual number of Inventory or Tours as per prices indicated. |
|
4. You approve V3 to access your FTP details in order to add a Book Now Button to your website. You agree that V3 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by any changes made to your website by V3 and that V3 is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the content or online booking functionality of your website. If a Book Now Button is not added to your website within one month of your frontdesk system being made Active for online bookings, you will be charged the corresponding Monthly Licence Fee^ as per prices indicated. |

5. We highly recommend you buy our Specialist Training Package. This includes one-on-one training in the key functions of frontdesk that will help you become an expert in no time so you can use frontdesk to optimise your business. Our Customer Service staff will also assist you to ensure that your account is set up correctly in order to maximise online bookings. |
